Welcome to Ozark Trails Council!
Headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, Ozark Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America serves Scouting programs to 3,500+ youth members across 31 counties in Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas. Our mission is to help shape the next generation of leaders by providing character development, citizenship training, and growth in physical, mental, and spiritual fitness.

2027 SUMMER CAMP
Make your site reservation for NEXT SUMMER today! There has never been a better time to be a part of the adventure. Join us in 2027 at Scouts BSA Summer Resident Camp and Cub Scout Summer Resident Camp. Worried about the cost of camp? Camperships are available – contact the office or email Suzi Kidd for more information.

2026 Scouting For Food – NOVEMBER FOOD DRIVE
November 7th – go door – to – door using provided door hangers – November 14th pick up the bags full of donations
Main Collection Drop-off Event is Saturday, November 14th from 10am-2pm at the Springfield Scout Service Center – 1616 S Eastgate Ave, Springfield, MO
A food collection bin will be available for drop-off food drive donations Monday November 7th- November 14th, in the lobby of the Service Center during regular business hours. M-F 8:30 am – 5 pm and Saturday 10 am- 2 pm.
